Petunia
LOCATION: San Bernardino , CA

🌸 Meet Petunia! 🌸
This pretty little flower is a 3-year-old French Bulldog weighing in at 22 lbs of pure love and personality! Petunia is a playful and affectionate girl who loves a good game of ball and tug-of-war, followed by a relaxing nap. She's a polite pup with impeccable manners—she won’t even enter a room without an invitation! (How refined!) 😄
Petunia has a sunny personality and is always up for a walk or some fun with her foster brother. She’s crate and potty trained, loves kids, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She has yet to meet a cat, but with her friendly nature, we think she’d make friends in no time. 🐾
This sweetie had some medical issues when she arrived at FUR, but like the good girl she is she took all of her medicine and is now feeling fantastic! She had a UTI and a rash on her belly and neck. She has recovered from her UTI and rash is gone with her medication. Her fur has gown back on her neck also.
Petunia is looking for a home where she can have a fur brother or sister and be your loyal, loving companion—whether it’s a cozy apartment or a house with a yard, she’s happy as long as she’s with you.

Keno
Please give a hearty welcome to our newest creampuff, Keno! 🩵
Keno was tearfully surrendered to FUR when his owner realized that they were unable to provide him with the attention that he wanted and needed. Keno arrived underweight and suffers from regurgitation episodes following both eating and drinking. He tries to fall asleep either standing up or sitting down. No worries, we will be whisking Keno off to an internal medicine specialist vet very soon!
Keno has already been introduced to his foster family’s resident Frenchie and cats, and he has given each a polite sniff and then calmly ignored them. Keno is not feeling his best, so we hope as his health improves he will enjoy the interactions with his furry housemates. Keno’s foster mom reports that he is an extremely sweet and mellow boy!

💜Meet Fiona💜
Fiona is a 1.5-year-old female French Bulldog who was surrendered to FUR today. She was previously rescued from an individual following a recent C-section. Her current owner mentioned that Fiona requires additional testing before being spayed due to elevated liver enzymes. Due to financial difficulties, they felt it was best to surrender her to a rescue to ensure her medical needs are properly addressed.
Fiona will be seen by a vet for an examination and blood work, and we’ll share more details as we learn more. In the meantime, we can already say that she’s a very sweet girl.

Rocky
🤩Meet Rocky!🤩
Rocky is a sweet 5-year-old boy who was recently rescued from a shelter after being found as a stray.
He came into the shelter infested with ticks and was very skinny/malnourished. He is recovering after monthly flea/tick medications and adequate nutrition. Bloodwork from the shelter initially showed anemia that he has since recovered and returned to normal levels.
He had a bad tooth removed and during x-rays it was discovered that the lower left jaw appeared to also have a fracture, but appears to be healing well and developing a boney callus. Rocky is eating well and gaining weight and luckily surgery is not needed.
He is currently dealing with an ear infection, skin issues, and an upset stomach—but he’s already on the road to recovery thanks to a visit to the vet and some antibiotics.
Though a bit nervous at first (understandably so), Rocky is friendly and eager to feel safe and loved. He’s now heading to a foster home where he’ll have the chance to rest, heal, and decompress.

She came in with severe ear infections, including painful polyps that have left her unable to hear in one ear. On top of that, she’s dealing with skin allergies, an upset stomach, a runny nose, and a low-grade heart murmur.
Despite everything she’s been through, Lucy has the sweetest, most loving personality. She just wants to be cuddled and feel the warmth of a caring home.

Luna is a senior French Bulldog, approximately eight years old, who was rescued from a shelter after being found as a stray. She arrived with severe ear infections in both ears, skin issues, allergies, and was noticeably underweight. It also appears that she recently had puppies, despite her age.
Luna has since been spayed, vaccinated, and is currently receiving ongoing treatment for her ears and skin. This sweet girl deserves nothing but the best, and we’re committed to giving her just that. She’s not quite ready for adoption yet, but please stay tuned for updates on her journey.

Please meet Wally. Wally was brought into the shelter as a stray suffering from a seizure and having difficulties walking. The shelter believes him to be approximately 6 years old. During his stay at the shelter, Wally suffered another seizure and was having trouble controlling his bladder. He has been neglected and has a tumor on his leg. Despite what he has been through, he still manages to be a sweet and loving soul. Please welcome Wally to the FUR family.
